An abandoned tin-shed situated on an industrial plot where everything is to be leveled to the ground to make room for a private parking lot is yours to use and abuse. At least until the bulldozers arrive.
I don't know about you, but I have a couple of cars to weld up and repair before the rust eats them up. And I need a mechanics mancave.
